MICA is a beautiful villa that overlooks the sea (facing north and east front). On his horizon overlooking the beautiful island of Caprera, a land loved by the Hero Giuseppe Garibaldi.
A gem in the enchanting archipelago of La Maddalena, nestled between pink-gray granite rocks, 5 meters from an emerald sea. The Villa takes its name from the millions of crystals that surround it: the "mica" is indeed one of the minerals present in the granite rock.
Oasis of tranquility, offering deep emotions for a spontaneous rediscovery of nature: colors, lights, perfumes and the flight of seagulls envelop days for our guests.
The Villa is surrounded by thick vegetation (pines, junipers and mediterranean), which makes it highly confidential, perfect for an exclusive stay in one of the most beautiful stretches of the coast of Sardinia, declared #International Park and World Heritage Site.
LOCATION
The Villa is located inside the National Park of La Maddalena archipelago, made up of 60 islands and islets scattered in the sea north-eastern Sardinia. This protected area covers a land area of approximately 5,000 hectares and a marine area of approximately 15,000 hectares and includes 180 km of coastline. It contains a rare beauty, tranquility and harmony renowned for its beautiful beaches and the great diversity and wealth of flora and fauna.
The island of La Maddalena is the largest island in the archipelago. Villa Mica is located in the area called Giardinelli.
THE OCTOPUS HEAD
The beach of the "Octopus Head" is located in the northeastern part of the island of La Maddalena, precisely in "Isuleddu".
The name of the beach derives from the huge rock that dominates it, just like an octopus head. The beach is characterized by very fine white sand and crystal clear sea, so as to be compared to a natural swimming pool.

Cancellation Policy: CANCELLATIONS In case of cancellation of the reservation concluded with the BOOKING VOUCHER, you do not have the right to refund the deposit and you will still have to pay an amount equal to: 50% of the rental cost, if the cancellation is made after the thirtieth day prior to the arrival date; 80% of the rental cost if the cancellation is made after the fifteenth day before the arrival date; 100% in case of failure to notice.
