IN THE ARCHIPELAGO
La Maddalena is a commune of 11,000 inhabitants in the province of Olbia-Tempio and consists of the archipelago of seven main islands (La Maddalena, Caprera, Santo Stefano, Spargi, Budelli, Santa Maria and Razzoli) and other smaller islets. The Archipelago emerges off the northeast coast of Sardinia, in the narrow seafront of the Bouches of Bonifacio and in 1996 was declared National Park.

Independent villa facing the sea (only 20 meters, a few steps from the large terrace).  Internally it consists of a large living room with sofas, TV and dining area; sliding door to the whole wall overlooking the terrace of about 60 square meters and offers  a splendid  sea ​​view in the gulf of Giardinelli .;

The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven and microwave.

The sleeping area consists of three double bedrooms (one with separable beds) and a twin bedroom, four bathrooms with shower (two of which are inside two double bedrooms).

Outside  a large terrace   surrounding the three sides of the villa,   equipped with built-in barbecue, table, chairs and sun loungers.

Large pine forest accessible on the south-west side. A wide pine wood with an outdoor shower, table and chairs; Raised beach with sun loungers, dock for mooring for small boats, 3 parking spaces ... .and so much tranquility.

The villa is equipped with free wi-fi.

It is accessed from the main gate with radio control. It is located within a private, secure land adjacent to other villas owned.
