Beautiful townhouse for 4 adults + 1 child, private patio and BBQ area, large shared pool with grass area, tennis court. Walking distance to Oura beach and the old town of Albufeira.

This property is the perfect place for those seeking a holiday in a central location. The popular area known as “The Strip” is just a few minutes walk away in one direction and the “Old Town” of Albufeira in the other direction.

This property is ideal for all age groups and there is a variety of different beaches that you can walk to from this lovely house.

As you enter the house you will be greeted by a warm hallway, off of this hallway you have the kitchen, laundry room with a washing machine and a downstairs WC.

To get to the open plan living / dining room you have to pass a central atrium that has a glass wall that lets the light flood into the whole house.

The living / dining room, has patio doors which open out to the private terrace area that hosts the BBQ and outdoor patio furniture. At the end of the furnished terrace you have a gate that leads you down to the large grass area, shared swimming pool and tennis court.

The second floor has 2 bedrooms, both with double beds (one bedroom has an suite shower room). The main bedroom also has a balcony that overlooks the patio and beautiful grounds, gardens, swimming pool and tennis court. There is also on this floor a family bathroom with bath.

This detached holiday home offers high standards of comfort for 4 people with large outdoor areas, a panoramic view of the pool and tennis court, private and spacious sun terrace, a built in BBQ and direct access to communal gardens.

Note: Mid stay maid service with linen / towels change, is applicable for stays over 8 nights.
