Holiday villa with 4 bedrooms for 8 adults and 2 children, 500mts from the beach, with sea views, internet, large outdoor area with private tennis court (size smaller than the standard-please see picture attached), jogging track, swimming pool and gardens.

This is a fantastic holiday home, located near the beautiful beach Vale Centianes (located less than 500mts away). The center of Carvoeiro is just a short drive away.

Casa Carvoeiro was renewed in 2014 and 2015, and is perfect for family holidays and for large groups.

This beautiful holiday villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 shower rooms (3 are en suite), all situated on the ground floor. One of the double bedrooms can sleep a family of 2 adults and 2 children, as it has 2 extra beds.

All windows have mosquito nets and electric shutters.

The living room (with dining area) is bright and overlooks the garden and pool. The kitchen is fully equipped and leads out directly to the outside area.

There is a terrace on the first floor with a fabulous sea view.

The good sized swimming pool is also fenced (minimum depth 1.10m, 2.10m maximum), making it ideal for families with small children.

The barbecue area is also well equipped and has table and chairs.

The terraces around it are furnished with sun loungers, chairs, table and parasol. There is also a basketball net for the sport lovers, as well as a jogging track in the garden around the tennis court.

A few meters from the house you can find the services you need: supermarket, coffee shops and restaurants. The center of the typical village of Carvoeiro is a 2-minute drive away.

Prices are per night. Includes: towels, linen, check in and check out cleaning service. Deposit up to 50% to confirm the booking; remainder is due on arrival. €400 damage deposit required on arrival. Extra beds / travel cots / highchairs not included. Please enquire for festive season rates. Central heating supplement is €350 / week. All prices are subject to change.
