Spectacular villa for 12 people, with Wi-Fi, private pool, garden, parking space and barbecue, close to the world known Vilamoura resort, beaches, golf courses and Marina.

Villa is the ideal place for your family vacations. It offers you the best of both worlds. It is set on a very quiet area, with a panoramic view over Vilamoura and the sea at far, but still at less than 10mns driving distance from all the facilities you might require on your vacations.

Vilamoura's Marina and Marina Beach are at aprox. 8kms distance. Old Course golf is 6kms away from the villa.

This villa is decorated in a classic, charming and comfortable style.

On the ground floor, we have the beautiful master suite with a double bed, walk in closet and a private bathroom with shower and bubble bath.

As well on the ground floor, we have the fully equipped kitchen, a laundry area, a guest toilet, the dining and lounge areas. The kitchen has a breakfast table for 4 people and has direct access to the barbecue area and dining/living room.

The living room has a big LCD TV with cable TV, confortable sofas and a dining area for 10 people. From the living/dining area, we can access directly the al fresco dinning area with 2 tables and chairs for 12 people. Here you can enjoy a lovely family dinner with a beautiful panoramic view over Vilamoura and the sea.

On the first floor, there are two more twin bedded bedrooms both with private bathroom with shower. Here we have a private balcony with a wonderful view.

On the lower level, at pool level, we have a comfortable games room with a table and chairs for 4, sofas and a nice snooker table. On this lever we have the remaining 3 bedrooms.

One of the bedrooms, twin bedded, has direct access to the outside and can house 2 guests with less mobility. Although it has not a private bathroom has the usage of a common bathroom with shower and no steps.

There is a second twin bedded bedroom with private bathroom with shower and the last bedroom also has 2 twin beds and a private bathroom with shower.

Outside there is a big lawn area, a big pool with 12 sun lounges to catch up with the Algarve sun and of course the beautiful and panoramic view over Vilamoura.

Prices are per night. Includes: towels, linen, check in and check out cleaning service. Deposit up to 50% to confirm the booking; remainder is due on arrival. €500 damage deposit required on arrival. Extra beds / travel cots / highchairs not included. Please enquire for festive season rates. All prices are subject to change. July and August check in and check out on Saturdays.
