Villa with 4 bedrooms with air conditioning, private pool and sea view located at walking distance from the beach, the strip and Albufeira town center.

This villa is located in the quiet Areias de S. João residential area, between Oura and Albufeira old town.

On the ground floor we have a large kitchen well equipped with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, microwave and washing machine.
There is as well a guest toilet with overhead shower and a twin bedded bedroom.

The living room includes a dining area as well as a lounge area with a sofa bed, fireplace, cable TV, Wi-Fi internet and DVD player. The lounge/dining room has direct access to the lovely pool terrace with a built in barbecue, table and chairs, private pool and sun lounges.

On the first floor there are the three remaining bedrooms. The master bedroom with 2 twin beds has a en-suite bathroom with bath. The second bedroom is a double bedroom with a large terrace with beautiful sea view. The third bedroom is also twin bedded. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with bath.
The 4 bedrooms have air conditioning.

The pool has 8m x 4m, and the depth goes from 0,9m to 1,7. There is a small garden with a grass area and a private parking area.
