This high quality apartment is located in the stunning beach resort of Salgados, near to the golf course and nature reserve at Salgados. The beach is only 400 meters away (5 minutes walk), as well as a supermarket, restaurants and coffee shops.

The apartment is on the second floor overlooking the beautiful well kept gardens that surround the 7 swimming pool that are on this fantastic complex.

Its decor is modern and comfortable, the living room very spacious and bright with a large sofa (sofa bed), TV, Wi-Fi and Air conditioning. The dining area is within the living room and near to the fully fitted compact kitchen both rooms have patios doors that lead onto the large balcony.

The 3 bedrooms, 2 of the bedrooms (1 twin and 1 double) share the family bathroom with bath and the master double has an en suite bathroom, also with bath. All bedrooms have patio doors that lead out to the large balcony that stretches along the whole length of the apartment.

This is a paradise location for holidays as a couple or family, for those who enjoy golf, beach and holidays by the pool.

Note: Mid stay maid service (with linen and towels change) is applicable for 2 weeks.

Prices are per night. Includes: towels, linen, check in and check out cleaning service. Deposit up to 50% to confirm the booking; remainder is due up to the arrival date. €300 damage deposit required on arrival. Extra beds/travel cots/highchairs not included. Please enquire for festive season rates. All prices are subject to change. During July and August, the bookings are for a minimu of 7 nights and the check in and check out on Sundays.
